Many Americans think of
Thanksgiving as a wonderful time to celebrate getting out of school for a long
weekend, and eating a great dinner. The WOA
Center in Lutsk
During 2 days (November
26-27, 2013) about 30 people gathered at the Center to learn about the Pilgrims, the Indians, the
Mayflower, and the First Thanksgiving.
During the meetings the audience
explored the Thanksgiving Day history, the First Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving
today.
The best of the WOA Center resources were presented and helped the
audience to understand the history of the United States of America, mainly the
national holiday – the Thanksgiving Day!
