Lutsk Window on America Center Visitors Honored Martin Luther King Jr. Day!

During the period of time from January 20, 2014 till January 24, 2014  about 26 people  gathered at the Window on America Center in Lutsk  to have a discussion to honor Martin Luther King Jr. as a leader in the American civil rights movements.

The event was designed to shed light on some historical moments in the USA, mainly the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom that took place in Washington, D.C., on August 28, 1963.

The paper show “August 28, 1963 March in Washington” was displayed at the Center so that the audience could learn more about the growing struggle for civil rights in the United States of America.

The meeting was finished with Martin Luther King Jr.’s "I Have a Dream" speech, a spirited call for racial justice and equality.
