4th of July Celebration

On the 3rd of July at the WOA center we celebrated Independence Day in the USA. We drew map of US, listened and sang 50 States Song and made s'more.

Thank you Cara and Emily for such great 4th of July and interesting Speaking club.

Протягом тижня до нас приїздили та приходили діти з місцевих та районних шкіл.



























Ми їм розповідали про роботу центру, про клуби, про те що вони можуть робити та чим користуватися у нашому американському центрі.
Також влаштовували екскурсії бібліотекою.















Діти задоволені та з користю провели час!
Ми раді та відкриті для співпраці з школами та університетами )

Meeting with English language teachers

On June 19 the Window on America Center in Lutsk hosted a meeting for English language teachers from local and regional schools.

 

The WOA coordinator talked about the Center, its resources, numerous programs, meetings and clubs.

During the meeting the present audience learned much that one could find in the center, its services, etc.

We believe that the acquaintance with the WOA Center is the first step towards the future collaboration!

Сьогодні, 13 червня до ІЦ "Вікно в Америку" завітали учні Колківської ЗОШ І-ІІІ ступенів. Школярі дізналися про роботу центру та пограли у настільні ігри.

Ми продовжуємо знайомити дітей з роботою нашого ресурсного центру "Вікно в Америку" та нашої Обласної бібліотеки імені Олени Пчілки.

12.06 до нас завітало 2 мовних табори з луцької гімназії №14. Ми їм провели екскурсію бібліотеки та розповіли про наш центр.
