Halloween Party!

October 31, in Lutsk WOA center gathered more than 30 people to talk about Halloween.  The  hall was decorated with the traditional Halloween colours: orange and black. 

Sam prepared a presentation devoted to the main symbols, traditions and costumes of this holiday.  We carved the pumpkins and played different Halloween traditional games: mummy, guess the word, to find eyes in the tap full of the rice.  

We also helped ourselves with real Halloween dishes and watched terrible and funny movies.

The visitors were satisfied of it very much.

On October 12, 2015 a group of pupils visited the Center to get more information about the Window on America services, Clubs, events.

A Journey into Film Starts at the Window on America Center in Lutsk!

Today while watching an American biographical drama film “The Pursuit of Happyness” inspired a group of students a love of cinema, a desire and enthusiasm to discover more.

The event  was not only an occasion for WOA Center users to gather and view the American movie but also to have great chance to participate in lovely discussion.
