Final City Anaheim/California

U.S. Cities Club With Window on America in Lutsk concluded last night. Our final stop was Anaheim, California. Members learned about not only the original Disneyland but also about California Adventure and other very cool places of interest.

We concluded with a small party with snacks and beverages.  We had so many good moments during this club and discovered over 60 U.S. cities and spoke about all 50 states.

Подорож Америкою! Вчора ми відвідали Маямі штат Флорида. До нас прийшов Jeremy, волонтер Корпусу Миру і розповів про своє рідне місто та відповів на запитання членів клубу. 

Також ми переглянули презентацію, яку підготував Сем, волонтер Корпусу Миру. Учасники дізналися про місцеву їжу, визначні місця, цікаві факти та пограли у різноманітні ігри.

US Cities club - Honolulu, Hawaii

U.S. Cities Club With Window on America in Lutsk had a journey to Honolulu, Hawaii. Members played different games, learned about local dishes, too part in an array of activities, they even had a chance to make a lei.

April 25th - U.S. Cities Club With Window on America in Lutsk . We took another virtual trip to New York City.

 It was all brand new with different activities, information, and games. Members learned about Adam Sandler, Emmy Rossum, Nas, Radio City Hall, Empire State Building, The One World Trade Center, Ellis Island, Martin Scorsese, Sarah Hyland, Scarlett Johnasson, New York style pizza, and more.

Exciting journey to Richmond, Virginia

Yesterday we took a trip to Richmond, Virginia.

Members had a chance to learn about Edgar Allan Poe, pork fries, a famous mansion, museums, peanut butter pie, and so much more. 

Members got acquainted with one another.

Virtual trip to Bangor, Maine

U.S. Cities club with Window on America made its way to Bangor, Maine .

They heard local music, saw interesting places, learned about Paul Bunyan, and explored Stephen King's home. In addition members worked in groups to tackle a crossword, choose what was better for them, acted out different scenarios.

Mini-casino at Window on America

This week a journey was made to Las Vegas with Window on America. The audience learned about the Las Vegas Strip, MGM Grand, the Neon Museum, Casinos, Dinner and and watched different short clips of Vegas. 

Of course it wouldn't be complete without creating our own mini-casino and playing Blackjack and Poker

The event was led by Sam Abrams, the American Pearce Corps Volunteer in Lutsk!

Virtual trip to Concord

U.S. Cities Club With Window on America continues to hold strong as the weather is getting nastier and darker earlier. 

We spoke about Concord, New Hampshire. 

Members had a chance to work in groups and compete against one another while testing their knowledge of Concord.
